Happ restaurant review
One of the things I most love about Happ is their use of colour in all the dishes they serve. Forget boring green limpy salads; at Happ they use a plethora of fresh ingredients to make the salads both easy on the eye and scintillating on the taste buds. Salads here consist of crisp Mesclun and roquette, fresh figs, raspberries and mango's (to name just a few of the ingredients.) And for Non-Vegans and Vegetarians, there is also the option to add chicken - not that you need it.
